Why we started Tech Trend Idea
Ravi Kumar started Tech Trend Idea in 2024 after watching too many small businesses pay for websites and software they did not understand, from vendors who disappeared after launch.
The pattern was always the same. A vague quote, a website that looked fine but brought no enquiries, passwords held back, and nobody to call when something broke. Larger firms did better work, but they were priced for corporations, not for a clinic in Chandigarh or a manufacturer in Ludhiana.
So we set up a different kind of IT company. Every project starts with a written blueprint and a fixed price in rupees. One team designs, builds and supports everything in-house, from a five-page website to a 40-user ERP. When the work is done, the code, the domain and every login belong to the client.
Two years on, most of our new work comes from referrals and from clients who started with a website and came back for a CRM, an ERP or automation. We take that as the best measure of whether we are doing the job well.
Our journey so far
- 2024Company registered in Mohali. Our first 20 websites go live for clinics, shops and manufacturers in the Chandigarh Tricity.
- Late 2024First CRM and ERP projects for manufacturers and real estate firms in Ludhiana and Zirakpur.
- 2025AI and WhatsApp automation added. The team grows to 8 and clients join from more than 20 cities.
