No. Prices on the website exclude GST, and 18% GST is added to the invoice. Every invoice is issued by Tech Trend Idea (GSTIN Coming Soon), so registered businesses can claim input tax credit.

You can pay by UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment gateway, or bank transfer by NEFT, RTGS or IMPS.

Websites: 50% advance and 50% before go-live. CRM, ERP and automation: 40% to start, 40% when testing begins and 20% at go-live. Consultancy is paid when you book. Maintenance plans and retainers are paid in advance.

Yes. Online payments are processed by our RBI-regulated payment gateway partner over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card, UPI or net banking details.

No. The discovery call and the written quote are free, and there is no obligation to go ahead.

About 7 working days for Starter, 12 to 15 working days for Business and 20 to 25 working days for Premium. Online stores usually take 3 to 5 weeks.

A CRM takes 4 to 8 weeks. An ERP takes 8 to 16 weeks and goes live module by module, so you start using it early.

The advance payment, your logo and brand colours if you have them, photos, details of your services or products, and two or three websites you like. We send a simple checklist after the discovery call.

Each website package includes a set number of change rounds (2 rounds, 3 rounds or 4 rounds). Software projects include changes within the agreed scope. Anything new is quoted separately and done only after you approve it.

Website maintenance costs ₹7,999 per year and covers software updates, daily backups, security checks, uptime alerts and up to 2 hours of small changes every month.

Every website ships with SEO set up. For ongoing growth, our consulting retainer includes monthly SEO and ad performance reviews with clear next steps.

Yes. Training is part of every handover, in English, Hindi or Punjabi, and we share short recorded videos your team can watch again later.

Yes. Cancel within 7 days of payment and before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, we refund the amount for stages that have not begun. The full terms are in our refund and cancellation policy.

Email billing@techtrendidea.com with your invoice number and the reason. We acknowledge within 2 working days and confirm the refund amount within 5 working days.

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, licences, paid plugins, messaging credits and ad spend, as well as stages you have already approved.

Any duplicate or failed-but-debited payment is refunded in full within 5 to 7 working days of us confirming it.
