Tech Trend Idea provides digital services: websites, software, automation and consulting. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping or delivery charges apply. This policy explains how and when we deliver our services.
How we deliver
- Websites are published on your domain and hosting account, which are registered in your name.
- Software such as CRM, ERP and web applications is installed on your server or cloud account, with a login for each user.
- Source code is handed over through a private Git repository or a secure download link.
- Designs are shared as Figma links and PDF files.
- Automations are set up in your own WhatsApp Business, CRM and other accounts.
- Consulting reports are emailed as PDF files and explained on a walkthrough call.
- Logins and passwords are shared securely, never in plain email.
Every delivery is confirmed by email with the links and access details.

When the timeline starts
The timeline starts on the working day after we receive both the advance payment and the content or access we need to begin, such as your logo, text, photos or server details. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.
Delays
If a delay is likely on our side, we tell you in advance with a revised date. Delays in content, feedback or approvals on your side move the delivery date by the same number of days. Events beyond reasonable control are covered in our terms and conditions.
Where we deliver
We serve clients across India and abroad, entirely online. Meetings take place by phone, WhatsApp or Google Meet. In-person visits are available in the Chandigarh Tricity and Punjab; for visits elsewhere, travel costs are agreed in advance.
Checking and accepting the delivery
Please review each delivery and share your feedback within 7 working days. Anything that does not match the agreed scope is fixed at no extra cost.
Invoices
A GST invoice is emailed for every payment, to the email address you give us.
